Behind the Words
I'm Josie Moone, a writer from Derbyshire in the United Kingdom. In my spare time, when I'm not throwing words at my laptop, I like to read and take out my corgi named Cheddar.
When I was a child, I never went far without a book. At one stage, I think I knew my secondary school library better than I knew the school layout, but that's for another day. After a lot of soul searching, wondering what I wanted to do in my life, I realised the answer had been in my hands for years.
Books. Stories. Spreading joy through words.
Since the beginning of 2019, I don't think I've stopped writing! I'm currently working on an original story about a 25-year-old woman who finds love and appreciation for herself. Expected release TBA.
If I'm not hiding behind a computer, I'm usually hiding inside the pages of other peoples books or walking my corgi through the Derbyshire parks.
